Fractional ownership insures property owners only own the portion of the property that they will actually use. VPI enhances fractional ownership by providing 5 Star Property Management. This enabled VPI to create a Private Residence Club embracing privately owned luxury real estate and though our 5 star property management. VPI is an independent brokerage, Property management and Private Residence Club.
