The fractional ownership concept started in the corporate jet industry in the mid 1990's. The real estate version began at ski resorts in Telluride, Colorado and Park City, Utah. Fractional ownership enables property owners to only own the portion of the property that they will actually use. VPI enhances fractional ownership by providing 5-Star Property Management services.

By combining fractional ownership sales and property management services, VPI has created a Private Residence Club for privately owned fractional luxury real estate.

VPI is currently training and certifying qualified real estate brokers/agents to enable them to take advantage of this new market trend and significantly expand their luxury marketplace business. This new service will provide clients of the broker/agent access to fractional ownership opportunities nationally and internationally, while building relationships with their high network clients and prospects.
